The world-famous Andersen self bailer is fitted as standard equipment by many of the world's leading boat builders and renowned for its efficient design and reliability.
Manufactured from marine grade stainless steel, each bailer is supplied boxed with stainless steel fixing nuts, bolts, packing washers and integral grid.
 
 
Bailer Installation Instructions*
 
INSIDE MOUNTED BAILERS
 
IB-E300 Super Max
Select desired location for the bailer (consider class rules are applicable). Mark outline of the bailer using the supplied template.
Cut the hole for the bailer with a jigsaw. Fill and seal the cut surfaces with a waterproofing agent to ensure water ingress is minimised.
Mark the mounting holes by installing the bailer into the hole just cut.
Drill out the mounting holes as required:
 
RA554133 Super Maxi - 6 holes @ 5.5mm (7/32”) diam.
 
Mount the bailer in position using a marine grade sealant or waterproofing product around the contact surface between the bailer and the hull.
 
Affix the bailer with nuts and bolts provided, applying silicon to the bolt holes and using the provided 1mm or 2mm gasket depending on hull thickness.
Bolts should be cut to length and smoothed following installation.
